Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects from concept through occupancy.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead tenant improvements, office renovations, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and corporate standards.
• Strategic planning for offices and labs across Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, San Jose, and Longmont, CO.
• Manage contractor selection, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues proactively.
• Track budgets, approve invoices, and manage change orders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, HR, and business leaders.
• Develop documentation, schedules, and executive presentations.
• Lead project closeout including punch lists and warranty management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management standards and workplace delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
