Credentialing Coordinator IISoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Credentialing Coordinator II for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients working remotely.Responsibilities:The Credentialing Coordinator II supports credentialing and provider enrollment operations by preparing and maintaining credentialing files, validating provider data, monitoring expirables, collecting required documentation, and assisting with payer and provider enrollment applications.Responsibilities include performing primary source verification, reviewing information for completeness and accuracy, following up on outstanding documentation, maintaining confidential credentialing records, and managing shared departmental inboxes.The role also supports payer maintenance, reporting, enrollment cleanup projects, and data-quality initiatives while identifying and resolving documentation or workflow issues.This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records, timely turnaround times, and compliance with established credentialing processes.Required Skills:1+ years of recent relevant experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or related healthcare operations.High school diploma or GED required.Experience with preparing, maintaining, and auditing healthcare credentialing files and provider documentation.Experience with provider data validation, primary source verification, and monitoring provider expirables.Experience with payer and provider enrollment application workflows, documentation collection, and follow-up.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and credentialing or provider data systems.Ability to manage shared departmental inboxes and ensure timely, accurate follow-up.Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workflows with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidential credentialing information.Preferred Skills:Experience supporting healthcare credentialing verification or provider enrollment operations.Experience with healthcare data management, reporting, or credentialing system maintenance.Experience supporting enrollment cleanup projects, payer maintenance, or data-quality initiatives.Experience with Railroad Medicare enrollment processes.Experience with California Children's Services enrollment processes.By applying for a job with SGA, you agree to allow SGA to process your application for this and future opportunities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
