What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to members guests visitors and staff by following access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials authorize access for approved individuals and document visitor vendor and delivery activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter observing for unusual activity unsecured areas and/or conditions that could require a security-related response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard and unarmed guard card is required.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma/GED as required by the client.
• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related law enforcement and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
