Hours/Week: 36 hours

Employment Type: Full-Time

Licensing/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, RN License in TX or compact

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Hourly Rate: $53.60/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide independent nursing care for a diverse ER patient population including stroke, STEMI, trauma, psychiatric, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and respond to patient needs using established protocols
• Assess patient condition, document care, and collaborate with team members
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and patient advocacy
• Support emergency response efforts for trauma, cardiac, and neurological emergencies
• Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience or similar setting
