Licensing Requirement This position is contingent upon becoming fully licensed. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office, with full licensing support provided. Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of starting. Our agency provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process to help you succeed. Role Overview As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in driving agency growth by building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying coverage needs, and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate new business. Conduct needs‑based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions. Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies. Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and opportunities. Support marketing and outreach efforts within the community. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency production goals. Qualifications Sales‑driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the business. Organized with strong attention to detail. Prior sales or customer‑facing experience preferred. Insurance or State Farm experience preferred but not required. Ability to meet the licensing requirements outlined above.
