Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician

About this role:

As a PRN Physician in Hospice Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will support the Intermountain Hospice service line throughout Southern Utah.

• You will admit and manage patients to our inpatient and outpatient Hospice Service Line

• You will be scheduled on an as needed basis

  • Day time coverage is M-F 8-5

  • On Call coverage is 5p - 8a

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
