Production Helper

Job Summary

The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established work instructions
• Perform assembly, packaging, and general production tasks
• Load materials and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas
• Complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a production environment and following sanitation and safety procedures

• Manufacturing and production setting
• Fast-paced environment with production equipment and machinery
• Requires standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift

• Stable, team-oriented work environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.40/hr.
