Rural Primary Care Physician - Team Lead
WMH Alzheimer’s Support Group
WMH Alzheimer’s Support Group is seeking a physician to provide primary care in a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) at a rural VA health clinic. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions, and deliver high-quality patient care in a rural setting. The role requires an unrestricted PA medical license, an active federal DEA license, and standing in the hospital medical staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr WMH Alzheimer’s Support Group
