Help us build a TEAM that CARES! Responsibilities Utilize expertise in HVAC systems, including design, refrigeration, and air conditioning, to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance. Interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Conduct property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning systems. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient field service operations. Assist in plumbing and building activities as needed. Experience Prior experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on air conditioning. Proficiency in HVAC design, refrigeration techniques, and boiler operations. Familiarity with property maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience in field service operations. Ability to interpret schematics accurately. Qualifications Must provide your own tools that are required to conduct job effectively (i.e. hand tools, Volt-Ohm meter, charging gauges, and service wrench).
