Conduit Search is partnering with a growing Philly area Construction Management firm in their search for a career driven Project Manager to join their growing team.

Company Information:

3rd party Owners Rep specializing in construction management services for real estate and land development
Primarily represent private developers: Supermarkets, well known retail chains, government, residential & multi family home developers,
Specializations : site/foundation work, ground up building construction, fit outs, etc
Remote position with occasional site visits

Role with the Company:

As the Project Manager you'll represent the owner and oversee the construction management of projects in the greater Philadelphia area including PA, NJ, and DE. Projects may vary but could include managing the site work for retail and housing subdivision projects. Depending on the experience of the Project Manager it could also include vertical building construction management.

Background Profile:

5+ years of construction experience - GC or CM
Site work experience preferred
