Alvita Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) in the Bayshore area and surrounding Suffolk County communities. We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers, with home care and/or facility experience preferred. Drivers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Drivers preferred

We provide In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management. We have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and exclusively serve private-pay clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated caregivers for both private-duty one-on-one care and facility-based care. All applicants will complete a phone screening to determine compatibility and availability. Please note that cases are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process.
