• Handle customer inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and claims support
• Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Meet individual and team production goals
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and agency management systems
