Location: Louisville, KY, United States Date Posted: Apr 17, 2026 Job ID: R28453 Job Status: Full-Time Senior Project Manager Ledcor Technical Services is growing rapidly and seeks an experienced senior project manager to guide and deliver complex, high‑impact telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and large‑scale network upgrades. Essential Responsibilities Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety‑first culture, meeting all safety and environmental standards on telecom construction sites. Lead planning and execution of large‑scale telecommunications projects—fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds. Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry‑standard tools and methodologies. Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Negotiate contract execution and change‑order management. Establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation. Qualifications 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field preferred; diploma or technical training accepted. Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes). Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus. Working Conditions Travel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to the hub in Florence, KY.
