Commercial HVAC Technician

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities: Responsible for the servicing, maintenance, operation and repair of commercial HVAC systems and all associated equipment. Assist senior team members and independently installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment as directed. Keep documented maintenance and/or service logs on all equipment; record, correct and report any/all faults, deficiencies and concerns. Diagnose a diverse set of service-related issues, obtain replacement parts and repair as needed. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC industry. High school diploma required. EPA Certification mandatory, additional certifications and/or licenses strongly preferred. Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including pneumatics, VFDs and controls. Ability to work specified weekends and be accessible to tenants and management after normal business hours. Ability to utilize computers and other electronic mobile devices to manage work orders and communicate with team. Ability to read blueprints and diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, on use of equipment and materials. Proficiency with MS Office; adaptable to technological changes. Knowledge of all OSHA and safety procedures. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing work demands, priorities, shifts and routines. Ability to drive to and from assigned properties and locations to complete tasks.
