Medical Assistant

Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join their team. The primary responsibilities include providing clinical support in a fast-paced environment, assisting with patient care, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as directed by the physician.
• Perform phlebotomy and manage specimen collection.
• Maintain Electronic Medical Records (ECW Experience required).
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred, but 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience will be accepted.
• Proficiency in ECW (Electronic Clinical Works) highly preferred
• Comfortable with phlebotomy Required
• Comfortable with injections Required
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Skills

• Technical: EMR System Experience, Phlebotomy, Injections
