As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Certified Forklift Operator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Role

We need a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day warehouse operations while also getting behind the wheel of a forklift to handle inventory. This is a dual-responsibility position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organization, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of windows, doors, and related materials
• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
• Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile glass and door products to minimize damage
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and installation teams to ensure timely product availability
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate incoming shipments

✅ What We're Looking For

• Valid Forklift Certification (required)
• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Experience handling large, fragile items (glass, doors, windows a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically active role
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
