This is more than a traditional Property Manager role. The Alexander is undergoing significant investment and improvement initiatives, creating an exciting opportunity for a proven multifamily leader to make a lasting impact. Quarterly NOI bonus opportunity Annual performance-based increases Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Career advancement opportunities with a growing organization Supportive regional leadership and ownership committed to investing in the community Opportunity to leave your mark on a property with tremendous upside potential Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of a 360-unit multifamily community Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team members Drive occupancy, resident retention, and leasing performance Manage resident relations and ensure a high level of customer service Partner with maintenance leadership to maintain community standards and curb appeal Develop and manage operating budgets while maximizing property performance Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve NOI Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Support ongoing renovation and capital improvement initiatives Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing South Carolina Property Manager License required or ability to obtain Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills Experience managing property financials, budgets, and occupancy goals Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident retention, and Fair Housing practices Renovation, repositioning, value-add, or lease-up experience strongly preferred Ability to lead through change and drive operational improvements Who Will Excel in This Role?
