Assistant Store Manager Company: Spencer's – Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. Hourly rate ranges from $14.77 - $15.02 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
