Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing cross‑functional and/or inter‑departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness, including NFRR Regulatory Reporting initiatives. The position involves partnering with business, operations, and technology teams to develop and deliver sustained change, evaluating current methods, and implementing project improvements. Responsibilities Oversee execution of defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against key performance indicators. Lead project and remediation documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls needed for sustained performance. Plan and organize projects using appropriate tools and techniques, including technology platforms, change‑management tools, and risk/issue management tools. Navigate across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, negotiating decision making for efficient and effective resolution. Support adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assess adoption risks. Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan, raising risks, developing mitigation plans, and escalating issues to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands‑on project management experience, delivering initiatives to plan, scope, and budget using structured delivery methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑control environment. Working knowledge of Operations processes and regulatory‑driven change. Proven experience translating ill‑defined or evolving requirements into structured plans, milestones, and outcomes. Strong stakeholder management skills, communicating effectively with senior leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams. High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Desired / Value‑Add Skills Experience within Global Banking, Markets, or Regulatory Operations, including Non‑Financial Regulatory Reporting. Proficiency in process design, documentation, and mapping to support control clarity and operational resiliency. Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methods, including Agile tools and ceremonies. Track record of successfully working across diverse viewpoints and complex stakeholder landscapes. Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to continuous improvement. Willingness to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative approaches. Schedule & Pay Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40. Pay range: $69,900.00 – $122,400.00 (annualized). Location: 1025 Main St, Waltham, MA 02456.
