Salary: Up to $39.50 an Hour, Based on Shift and Experience

Sign On Bonus - Full Time $5,000, Part Time $2,500

• Part Time Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

• Part Time Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

• Part Time Night Shift: 11:00 P.M -7:00 A.M

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN):

• Part Time Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

• Part Time Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.

• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.

• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
