Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Monitoring in Plymouth MN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location you will conduct routine patrols monitor access points support a welcoming environment and help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors at a healthcare and laboratory location by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including building entrances parking areas perimeter locations and restricted laboratory-related spaces.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed by site procedures and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events according to site policy.
• Prepare clear accurate activity reports and communicate observations incidents and maintenance or hazard-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
