Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a timely and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
