Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse - ER
• Location: Phoenix
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Night Shift
• Schedule: 3x12
• Experience Required: 2 Years
• Weekly Pay: $2050 to $2250

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritization of care
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and reassess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
• Assist with trauma cases, emergency procedures, and resuscitation efforts
• Operate and monitor specialized emergency equipment, including cardiac monitors and infusion pumps
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic emergency environment

Requirements

• Active RN License in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• PALS Certification preferred
• TNCC Certification preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
• Experience managing trauma, cardiac, and high-acuity patients
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize multiple patient needs
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and nursing documentation systems
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered emergency care
