As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Location & Employment Type West Nashville, TN – Full‑Time Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling: hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard by incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success with meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
