Local Team Collaboration: We take pride in our well-established team at Fayette Medical Center. 24-hour physician coverage model with supporting 12 hours of APP coverage Collaborative team environment with regular meetings We gather as a team bi-monthly to promote collaboration and shared decision-making. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with emergency medicine experience. New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
