What Youll Do Build and lead a high-performing team of Loan Officers within your local market. Recruit, coach, and develop top mortgage talent while creating a culture of accountability and growth. Continue originating business and lead from the front through personal production. Develop relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and community partners to expand Haymakers presence. Track key performance metrics, coach to scorecards, and drive consistent production. Partner directly with executive leadership on recruiting strategy, market expansion, and local business development. Create an environment where Loan Officers can grow their business through coaching, accountability, and industry-leading support. What Were Looking For Proven mortgage sales leadership with a history of building relationships and growing production. A strong recruiter who enjoys developing people, not just managing them. An entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build a long-term business. Experience coaching Loan Officers and driving accountability through measurable performance. Deep knowledge of residential mortgage lending and the home buying process. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
