Hiring wage: $13.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on position and experience
Average tips: $6.00–$6.50 per hour during the last eight weeks
Estimated total compensation: Approximately $19.00–$22.50 per hour when the recent average tips are added to the hiring wage

Tips are variable and are not guaranteed. Actual tips may change based on restaurant sales, shifts worked, and hours worked.

Noodle Express is hiring Cashiers and Line Cooks for our Broadway restaurant in Missoula.

We are a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant serving fresh rice bowls, noodle bowls, appetizers, wraps, and other guest favorites. Whether you are working at the register or behind the cooking line, you will play an important part in giving customers a fast, friendly, delicious experience.

The restaurant can get busy and the ticket printer can get dramatic—but our team communicates, helps each other, and keeps the bowls moving.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system
• Answer basic menu questions
• Package accurate dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
• Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner shifts
• Read tickets and prepare hot, fresh, accurate orders
• Complete food-preparation and ingredient-prep tasks
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized cooking station
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
