What You'll Do

• Pick products for shipment using pick sheets with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate a sit‑down forklift for shipping, receiving, and material movement
• Use ERP systems to manage inventory, shipping data, and BOL requirements
• Maintain warehouse inventory through organized stock handling and tracking
• Process shipments using UPS Worldship, FedEx, and other logistics software
• Work independently while staying detail‑focused and reliable

Essential Skills

• 1+ year shipping/receiving experience
• Ability to stand/walk most of the day
• 6+ months sit‑down forklift experience
• Proficiency with ERP and BOL systems
• Experience with picking/packing
• Strong teamwork and independence

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with FedEx/UPS Worldship

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EAGAN, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
