Forklift Warehouse Associate

Forklift Operator/Warehouse AssociateThe Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. This position supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, inspecting equipment, and following all safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials.Transport products between warehouse, production, and distribution areas.Receive, sort, pack, wrap, label, and stage products for shipment.Maintain accurate inventory and record material movements.Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues or safety hazards.Conduct routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, charging, and refueling.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Handle hazardous materials as directed and in accordance with safety procedures.Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety standards.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.Warehouse experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.Compensation and BenefitsWeekly PayDirect DepositMedical and Visual Plan401(k) plan Short-Term Disability, Life, and Prescription Drug ReimbursementReferral Bonuses
