We are currently working with a family-owned manufacturing company seeking a Production Manager for their Madison, WI location. This is an opportunity to lead production operations in a well-established, employee-focused environment where your impact will directly support the delivery of high-quality products.What's the role?We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader who can oversee daily production while driving efficiency, quality, and team performance.
