Vice President, GTM Programs & Experiences About the Company Innovative digital banking platform for credit unions & financial institutions Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held Founded 2016 Employees 201-500 Specialties credit unions digital banking member engagement advanced security predictive analytics cloud platform threat intelligence remote deposit capture dashboards integrated bill pay and banking About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of GTM Programs and Experiences to take on a pivotal role in the strategic alignment and execution of go-to-market events and programs. This senior leadership position is responsible for orchestrating the full commercial bowtie, from prospect engagement to client onboarding, expansion, and retention. The successful candidate will own the program orchestration across the entire client and prospect journey, ensuring that all growth organization functions are coordinated against a single integrated plan. This includes chairing the cross-functional growth council, holding all functions accountable to a commercial plan, and owning the full event portfolio, with a particular focus on the flagship annual client conference. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, at least 10 years of experience, and a strong background in program management, demand generation, and event execution.
