If you’re passionate about leveraging data and technology to solve real-world challenges and improve life in cities and counties, we’d love to have you on board!What is the Role?As a Product Manager at Zencity, you will lead the product work and execution, be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production. You will establish a shared vision for your product across the company at large, while collaborating closely with cross-functional team members from (e.g. design, R&D, product marketing) and receive input from customers, leadership and various departments like customer success, sales and professional services, in order to lead the product from concept to launch. You will own the roadmap-building process for these products, as well as lead product initiatives that will have a great impact on the future direction of the company.ResponsibilitiesFully own the product management lifecycle for our survey product in line to the company’s strategic vision: the roadmap, KPIs, research, user experience, and finally collaborate with R&D on execution and monitor adoption. Perform research and discovery to understand and prioritize our customers' pain points, and analyze user feedback, product analytics, and market research and competition, to turn user needs into detailed product requirements and user workflowsBuild the business case for new product development, involve various stakeholders to get buy-in and communicate the vision to the wider teams.Product Requirements; translate the new product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.Launch new features (and sometimes products) in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, helping develop the go-to-market plans.Work with a variety of stakeholders across engineering, customer success, sales, professional services, marketing and operations.Requirements3-4 years of experience, including proven experience in a building successful SaaS productsData driven with experience managing complex processes with multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of all elements of the entire product management process and product lifecycleSkilled in product discovery in its multiple forms, and in defining user workflows and sketching wireframes.A good balance of technical savviness and business acumen with an ability to dive into the details as well as broad strategic thinkingProven experience with data-rich applications and AI-driven featuresExperience working with US-based customers and teamsExcellent communication skills in EnglishExperience working with local governments - an advantagePassionate about impacting the day-to-day lives of millions of city dwellers worldwide.This role is Hybrid and based at our Brooklyn, NY office.Salary Range: $150k-$180kDepartment:ProductExperience level:IntermediateEmployment type:Full-timeWorkplace type:Hybrid
