Swedish Match North America develops, manufactures, and sells leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. As one of the fastest- growing consumer packaged goods companies, ZYN is the #1 selling nicotine pouch in the U.S. To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities within the folliwingassigned territories: Burlington, VT Montpelier, VT Your Day- to- Day The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, including: Securing new item distribution Executing promotions and merchandising programs Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations Following established sales call processes Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required Experience in non- durable consumer goods sales preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math Must reside within the assigned territory Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 What We Offer Competitive salary and annual bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with generous company match Wellness, commuter, and pet insurance benefits Generous paid time off and additional employee programs Smart Work hybrid flexibility model Career growth opportunities within a global organization Inclusive and collaborative culture where every contribution matters The opportunity to help improve the lives of millions of adult smokers About PMI U.S. PMI U.S. is advancing a smoke- free future by providing better alternatives to legal- age adults who smoke.
