Job Summary The General Services role provides administrative and operational services that enable efficient day-to-day business activities across office and manufacturing support environments. The role coordinates mail and package services, business travel, office supplies and equipment, mobile phone ordering, meeting and visitor support, onboarding logistics, records, service requests, and general administrative vendors. The position serves employees, visitors, vendors, and internal functions by maintaining reliable support processes, accurate documentation, responsive service, and consistent application of company procedures.Essential Functions

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and related records.
• Arrange domestic and international business travel in accordance with company policy and approved itineraries.
• Order and administer office supplies, business equipment, mobile phones, and related inventories.
• Support visitor logistics, meeting rooms, site meetings, conference services, and employee workspaces.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics such as phones, office setup, supplies, and access-related handoffs.
• Maintain service requests, records, invoices, purchase documentation, contracts, and vendor files.
• Coordinate administrative vendors and monitor delivery, quality, response time, and issue resolution.
• Provide employees with accurate information regarding general service procedures and available resources.
• Support reception, document services, shipping, office moves, and other administrative operations as assigned.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to service workflows, controls, and communication.
• Protect confidential or sensitive business information handled through administrative processes.
• Support emergency or business continuity needs within the role’s administrative responsibilities.
• Independently coordinate assigned travel, mail, equipment, visitor, meeting, and office service activities.
• Resolve routine service issues and coordinate vendors within established requirements.
• Reconcile basic invoices, orders, inventories, and service records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative operations, office services, travel coordination, mail services, business support, records administration, or vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of applicable systems, procedures, vendor coordination, recordkeeping, and customer service practices.Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
• Experience administering travel, office supplies, phones, mail, visitors, meetings, or administrative vendors.
• Experience in a manufacturing, corporate office, or multi-shift environment.Language Requirement
