About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead the development and execution of a robust IT strategy that will serve as a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all technology initiatives, from restaurant systems to enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, digital transformation, and improving the guest experience. This hands-on executive role demands a leader who can partner with various business functions to create and implement technology solutions that drive business performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing cybersecurity, AI roadmap, cloud infrastructure, and managing third-party technology vendors. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing internal IT organization, establishing IT governance, and ensuring best practices in business continuity and disaster recovery. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in leading enterprise technology organizations. A background in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or consumer-facing business is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and restaurant technology, as well as experience in digital transformation and a strong understanding of AI technologies. Excellent communication, executive leadership skills, and a proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams are essential. The role also requires experience in managing large technology budgets and a proactive approach to evaluating and recommending strategic technology solutions.
