About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, U.S. Sales to lead the commercial sales strategy and execution across various trade and provider channels. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and commercial excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the U.S. sales strategy, driving annual business planning, and establishing strategic priorities across multiple channels. They will also be accountable for identifying market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging customer needs, and will work closely with the North America Leadership Team to contribute to enterprise strategy and business planning. Candidates for the VP, U.S. Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the healthcare, pharma, biotech, or medical device industry, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred. A proven track record of at least 8 years in leadership roles managing large commercial organizations is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare distribution channels, strong commercial acumen, and expertise in sales leadership, forecasting, and account planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in national account management, and strategic partnerships, and a demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and develop high-performing teams. Executive-level negotiation, relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also key attributes for this position.
