About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People, Culture & Engagement to join their team. This executive will be instrumental in developing and implementing the people infrastructure necessary to support the organization's growth and expansion. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the enterprise-wide human resources strategy, redesigning core HR operations, and creating a scalable HR operating model. The successful candidate will also be involved in leading organizational development and talent initiatives, as well as supporting international expansion and future acquisitions. This is a hands-on leadership position that demands a strategic builder capable of aligning the people function with the company's business strategy to ensure it is a key driver of growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, People, Culture & Engagement role at the company should have a proven track record in transformational HR leadership. A strategic and operational approach is essential, with the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational design. The role requires a leader who can effectively translate business strategy into a high-performing, people-first organization. Experience in a similar capacity, particularly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, is highly valued. The candidate should be adept at fostering a strong company culture, supporting employee engagement, and driving talent development. A global perspective and experience in supporting international expansion and acquisitions are also important for this position.
