United Pharmacy Network is looking for a VP of Sales , reporting to our CEO. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with pharmacy members. Expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer management is a must to succeed in this position.
United Pharmacy Network is a group purchasing organization for independent pharmacies. The ideal candidate would have experience with GPOs and in the pharmacy industry.
Roles and Duties
- Promote company products and services.
- Develop plans and strategies.
- Manage onboarding of new pharmacy accounts with wholesalers.
- Participate in the negotiations of contracts with vendors.
- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
- Motivate sales teams to achieve workplace goals.
- Develop sales training programs.
- Monitor market and competitor activity.
- Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.
- Monitor member purchasing activity.
- Foster relationships within the independent pharmacy community.
