The Accounts Payable/ Receivable Representative plays a crucial role within a small finance team, managing invoice and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain financial records and support audit processes effectively. The role involves utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks, Outlook, and Excel to facilitate smooth payment workflows and maintain compliance. Operating Hours Are Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices and payments promptly
• Manage vendor communications and maintain positive relationships
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems
• Maintain detailed records and organize financial documents
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Monitor compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Support audit activities through documentation and information provision
• Coordinate with team members and communicate effectively across departments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
