School Behavioral Health Coordinator 1

Job Description Under the supervision of the School Therapy Manager, the School Behavioral Health (BH) Coordinator works as part of the clinical team and the school team to coordinate the provision of services by the telehealth provider. The position facilitates screening assessments, referral management, family contact, and telehealth equipment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or related degree. One year post graduate professional social work experience preferred. MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Ability to collaborate positively with medical professionals. Thorough but efficient work style. Position posted in schools in the Charleston tri‑county area.
