ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

May include but are not limited to: Balance and issue Banks to Team Members Apply accurate transaction and balancing practices. Participate in the daily cage reconciliation process. Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with our Standards and Procedures (S&P’s), and within the guidelines of Internal Controls. Signs all documents legibly and in accordance with S&P’s. Strictly adhere to department policies and procedures in order to maintain integrity of the Cage operation. Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. Strong cash handling and counting skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience. Ability to develop knowledge of computer systems, both company and vendor provided, to a proficient level. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor. Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines and controls.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; use hands, reach with hands and arms, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, talk and hear. Also required are frequent, standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and exposure to general public. The Casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced, often crowded and noisy.
