What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal care for high-acuity patients in a Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and medication administration
• Assist with bedside procedures and stabilize critically ill neonates
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure smooth unit operations
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Must be specific to Neonatal Specialty)
• Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience
• Florida State license or eligibility to obtain one
• BLS and NRP certifications

Preferred:

• Experience in high-acuity NICU settings
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to the fast-paced environment
