What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for high-acuity patients in large Level III NICUs and Level IV units
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage patients with a broad range of medical conditions in a critical care setting
• Participate in rotation across multiple hospitals within a 30-minute radius
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and advanced clinical protocols
• Support family education and communication throughout patient care processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensing and safety standards

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted)
• Minimum of 2+ years' NNP experience in a NICU setting
• Active FL nursing license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in neonatology and critical care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
