Red Label Enterprises is hiring Sales and Outreach Specialists to help eligible individuals enroll in government-supported Lifeline phone services . This is a W2 position with a reliable hourly wage (no commission), full benefits, and opportunities for growth into leadership and other campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend a brief 1-hour morning meeting at our Glendale, CA office
• Travel (paid mileage) to public outreach locations such as DPSS offices or grocery stores
• Assist customers face-to-face using a company-issued tablet to help them complete the benefits enrollment process
• Activate and distribute a phone once eligibility is approved
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures
• Educate eligible individuals about available services in a respectful and professional manner

Pay & Schedule:

• Training pay: $20/hour (first 30 days)
• Post-training pay: $23/hour
• Weekly pay
• Part-time: 25 hours/week or (Monday-Friday 8am-2pm)
• Full-time: 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
• Guaranteed hours – no commission-based pay

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable interacting face-to-face with people from diverse backgrounds
• Reliable transportation to reach public outreach locations
• Basic tech comfort (you'll use a tablet daily)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
