MARKETING COORDINATOR - BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH Client: Sony Music Location: Oniste in Culver City Duration: 6 month contract Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 *Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. No C2C!! Who we’re looking for: Marketing coordinator will work in the marketing department providing an excellent experience through stellar logistic and data management. This coordinator must be organized, detail-oriented, and data savvy, as well as have flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in. Position requires the utmost care in client relationship and discretion. This position is located in Sony Music’s Culver City office. Compensation up to $25/hourly. Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Team providing support in different areas. This Marketing Coordinator must be punctual, organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and be flexible to assist in several roles while prioritizing the team’s needs. Position requires the outmost care and confidentiality. What you’ll do: Own general administrative duties Answer high volume of tasks from teammates in a timely manner to assist with PO requests, production deadlines, internal digital scheduling submissions, updating artists folders, uploading press releases to the system and more Work with team to manage logistics for all artist travel, promotional agenda, events, award shows, concerts, transportation and more. Ensure all PO’s and payments are up to date. Handle all invoices and liaise with finance department and vendors to ensure process is finalized Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with technical support team Respond, track OOO emails from department head and others (when needed). Support team whenever another team member is OOO Take notes during meetings and share with team. Set up meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas for meetings Gather materials and assets for releases. Keep release calendar up to date Own the requests for one sheets and keep artist´s folders up to date (with press photos, biographies, and more). Createpre-saves for all releases and share them with appropriate teams and stakeholders Freshdesk (daily task: review and prioritize duties assigned by teammates and head of department. Keep team informed of status. Manage teams in-office visits agenda (reserve conference room, invite other staff if needed, send meeting invite, notify team if member or not. Send follow up email) In charge of hospitality and welcoming visitors Maintain internal department calendar up to date Other duties as assigned. Skills & experience: 3 years of experience of administrative work Excellent communication skills, developed through experience in customer service Fluent bilingual English/Spanish *written and oral. Good computer literacy of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of and basic experience with Latin music and it’s players Adaptability to work on fast paced environments Required: Fully bilingual – English and Spanish Administrative Skills Logistic Skills Estimated Min Rate: $22.00 Estimated Max Rate: $25.00 What’s In It for You?
