Marketing Coordinator

A promising campaign can stall over a missing image, an unclear brief, or an approval nobody requested. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Culver City to keep creative work organized from the first request through publication. You will coordinate content, maintain campaign schedules, and make sure designers and other contributors have the information they need. This is an associate-level, full-time position working on site. It combines careful administration with an interest in how brands communicate across digital and printed materials. Take the brief through to delivery Start by clarifying the audience, deliverables, due dates, and approval requirements. Translate that information into an accessible task list, then track what is ready and what still needs attention. You will flag conflicting requests early rather than let the final deadline become the first warning. Your campaign work will include: Collecting approved copy, images, and specifications for creative production. Preparing social captions and short marketing copy for review. Maintaining asset folders, version histories, and content calendars. Checking links, formatting, and brand details before material is released. Coordinating feedback between internal contributors and external suppliers. Summarizing campaign activity and audience responses for the marketing team. A creative eye with reliable follow through Around one year of relevant marketing, communications, or project support experience is helpful. Substantial internship or freelance project experience also counts. We are interested in evidence that you can manage revisions, communicate deadlines, and finish work carefully. You should be comfortable editing written content and working with spreadsheets. Canva or similar design-tool experience is useful; advanced design credentials are not necessary.
