Our Adult Medical Community Home staff create a safe, nurturing environment for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities.

As a Staff Nurse , you'll play a vital role in overseeing residents' daily care, including medications, treatments, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, personal care, and providing compassionate support every day. You'll also accompany residents to medical appointments, participate in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments together outdoors.

If you're passionate about nursing and want to make a meaningful difference without the typical 30:1 patient-to-nurse ratios, this opportunity offers a supportive 2:1 ratio where your impact is felt every day. You'll work alongside a dedicated team that includes a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and a physician available on call 24/7, all committed to providing exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (Compact licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (minimum of 2 years of driving experience required)
• • Driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration must be aligned with your state of permanent residence
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred, but not required
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Clear criminal record and successful completion of all required background checks in accordance with state requirements
