Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Full-Time Shift: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm; rotating nights and weekends for call Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Permanent License/Certifications: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Preferred minimum 3+ years in MFM Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay rate may be part of a broader compensation package discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually Annual quality incentive bonus up to $25,000 5 paid CME days per year plus $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and expenses Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 Paid time off: 224 PTO hours plus 40 hours NJ sick leave Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient maternal-fetal medicine consultations at Pomona and Atlantic City locations Participate in inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona Support postpartum management and remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Collaborate with obstetric and neonatal teams to optimize patient care Cover in a Level III NICU with 22 beds, including overseeing high-risk pregnancies Rotate through outpatient clinics and hospital-based services Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems Engage in rotating call schedule including nights and weekends What You Need: MD or DO with Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Valid NJ medical license or eligibility Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in MFM Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment About the Assignment: Join a dynamic team in a modern, top-rated facility delivering comprehensive obstetric and perinatal care.
