Perform utility and structural repairs, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external trade partners as needed. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all work performed and equipment inspections, ensuring strict adherence to departmental policies and warranty requirements. Manage material inventory and supply requisitions, while responding promptly to emergency service calls to resolve facility issues. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License preferred. Maintenance Professional preferred. Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
