Associate General Dentist – Schnecksville, PA | Path to Practice Ownership

Our well-established, privately owned dental practice in Schnecksville, PA is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside two experienced dentists while building a long-term career with significant growth potential.

We are open to both experienced dentists and new graduates. Mentorship is available, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their clinical skills while treating a loyal and established patient base.

As our doctors approach retirement, there is also an opportunity for future practice ownership for the right candidate.

Schedule

• 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday)
• One Saturday per month

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Perform bread-and-butter restorative and preventive procedures
• Diagnose and present treatment plans
• Build lasting relationships with patients and deliver exceptional care
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain one
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and patient care skills
